Banana Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium banana - cut into slices and frozen
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ tbsp hemp seeds or flax seed
  • ½-¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender (This is the hemp seed brand I use) and blend until smooth. You can add more milk if you like it thinner. Enjoy!
